The active ingredient patch principle:
Each Flector pain patch consists of three layers: a self-adhesive gel layer containing the active ingredient and a backing fleece. The third layer is a transparent film that serves to protect the gel layer and is peeled off before use.

The special combination of active ingredients:
The active ingredient diclofenac is combined with the epolamine salt specially developed for the Flector pain patch. This has the advantage that the fat and water solubility of the active ingredient diclofenac-epolamine is practically twice as high as when sodium salt is used (e.g. in gels or other plasters). The advantage for you: the active ingredient penetrates through the skin to a depth of at least 3 cm into the injured/inflamed muscles, where it inhibits inflammation and pain.
Side effects such as skin irritation or gastrointestinal complaints rarely occur compared to diclofenac tablets thanks to the special active ingredient epolamine-diclofenac.
