MEDICE Health Family wins Vision.A Award 2024 in silver in the category “Best Design: Pharmacy & Medicines”

The MEDICE Health Family was recently awarded silver in the “Best Design: Pharmacy & Medicines” category at the prestigious Vision.A Awards 2024.

The Vision.A Awards, powered by APOTHEKE ADHOC, ARZ Haan AG, PTA IN LOVE and APOTHEKENTOUR, have been presented since 2016 and recognize outstanding innovations and creative projects in the healthcare sector. MEDICE was able to convince the expert jury with its submission “From strategy to design - the new brand identity of the MEDICE Health Family”.

The award recognizes the comprehensive strategic repositioning of the MEDICE Health Family, which followed the redesign of the umbrella brand identity and the development of a uniform packaging design for OTC pharmaceuticals.

The aim is to unite the portfolio, which has grown considerably as a result of acquisitions and takeovers, under one brand and to strengthen the brand's presence as a modern quality provider of pharmaceuticals and healthcare solutions.

The result is a completely new brand strategy that elevates MEDICE's roots as a third-generation family business to the umbrella brand by extending the name “Health Family”. The strategy, declination, packaging design and POS communication were developed together with the Cologne-based agency MSCN, one of the top addresses for brand strategy and management in the pharmaceutical sector.

The new eye-catching and expressive packaging of the MEDICE Health Family has a high recognition value and proactively highlights brand messages and benefits. Thanks to the uniform design of the MEDICE product family, which has now grown to more than a dozen members, the unity will be immediately recognizable at the POS.
