Ms. Annick Berreur-Igersheim has taken over the People, Culture and Transformation Division as Managing Director in January 2024.

MEDICE has grown significantly in recent years with the aim of becoming a leading global developer and provider of innovative, integrated and diverse healthcare solutions for patients. An important step was the transformation into the MEDICE Health Family.

We continue to grow and develop and this leads to changes in our company. In order to do justice to this complexity and to strategically position and align ourselves for the future, we want to continue to invest in our culture and in our employees.

We are delighted that Ms. Annick Berreur-Igersheim will be taking over the People, Culture and Transformation Division as Managing Director.

Ms. Berreur-Igersheim comes from the company F. Hoffmann La Roche AG (Basel), where she has been Global People & Culture Business Partner for the last 11 years, successively responsible for Procurement & Engineering and Biologics Drug Products (Pharma Technical Operations), and for Pharma Development Strategy - Safety & Risk Management & Quality. At the beginning of 2021, Berreur-Igersheim made a move to Regulatory Affairs as Chief of Staff Regulatory Data & Content Management before taking on her last role as Global People & Culture Business Partner for Clinical Development, Clinical Operations & Medical Affairs in the Roche Diagnostics Division.

Berreur-Igersheim was born in Mulhouse (France) in 1972 and completed a dual Master's degree in Applied Foreign Languages and International Careers at the Université de Haute-Alsace (France) and at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (Germany). After her studies, she was a German and French teacher in Scotland before spending the first 9 years of her career in the industry as Product Manager, Training and Communication Manager successively at Vitra AG and SOTAX AG.

In 2004, Berreur-Igersheim sought a career change into the field of Human Resources. As a headhunter, staffing manager and in the area of leadership development, Berreur-Igersheim has taken on positions of international responsibility in major companies such as Novartis, Applied Materials and most recently, Roche.

Over the years, Berreur-Igersheim has developed into a certified coach, leadership practitioner and transformation leader to accompany and influence cultural change at the corporate level.

After gathering 20 years of experience in larger companies, Berreur-Igersheim expressed her desire to further her development at a medium-sized, family-run business with strong values.

Our paths have crossed and the opportunity to accompany the development of MEDICE - The Health Family both in Germany and internationally has been very appealing to Ms. Berreur-Igersheim.

We are very much looking forward to shaping the transformation and the future of the Health Family together!
