With the new product (active ingredient: glycopyrronium bromide), MEDICE is setting an example and giving affected patients and their relatives access to a further therapeutic option in the indication area of sialorrhea.
Sialorrhea is the involuntary discharge of saliva from the mouth, which can be caused by excessive saliva production, the inability to keep saliva in the mouth, or swallowing difficulties. The most common cause of sialorrhea in children is cerebral palsy.
