Our Code of Conduct - living values, taking responsibility

The Code of Conduct serves as a guideline for all employees and business partners of the MEDICE Health Family. It defines the fundamental principles in line with the corporate values that guide our daily actions and provides clarity about what behaviour is expected. At the same time, it protects our corporate culture by setting a common ethical standard that ensures integrity, fairness and transparency.

The central contents of the Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct consists of five central chapters:

1. living values: Our togetherness counts

Our values - future-focused, value-creating and family-oriented - characterise our daily actions and communication. This chapter describes how our values guide our decisions and how an open, respectful communication culture is promoted.

2. taking responsibility: Together for a healthier world

Sustainability is a core component of our corporate strategy. We promote responsible behaviour along the entire value chain.

3. success through integrity:

Our actions in business

Integrity and ethical behaviour are the basis for trusting cooperation with our colleagues and business partners.

4. innovation and care: quality, safety and progress

The quality of our products and patient safety are our top priorities. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards in every step of our actions and to continuously striving for improvement.

5. Openness and responsibility: our speak-up culture

The importance of open communication encourages employees to raise concerns and contribute to problem solving. A safe space promotes integrity and respectful behaviour within the company.
