Vafseo®: a new perspective for anaemia anaemia therapy for dialysis patients

With the addition of Vafseo® to our portfolio, we are taking anaemia therapy for dialysis patients to a new level.

Vafseo® is a drug that increases the amount of haemoglobin (the protein in red blood cells) and the number of red blood cells in the blood.

Vafseo® is used in adults on chronic maintenance dialysis to treat symptomatic anaemia (low levels of red blood cells or haemoglobin in the blood) associated with chronic kidney disease.

Since 1 June, Vafseo® has been available in two strengths (150mg and 300mg) and two pack sizes (28 FiTab and 98 FiTab).
