Medicovid-AB® SARS-CoV-2 Rapid Antibody Test
The Medicovid Rapid Antibody Test is used for the qualitative detection of a previous SARS-CoV-2 infection. The test identifies IgG and IgM antibodies formed after a SARS-CoV-2 infection via a drop of blood (plasma, serum, whole blood).
The rapid test meets all of the quality criteria: EU-CE-certified, 98% specificity, 97% sensitivity.
The test result can be read off directly at the point-of-care within 10-15 minutes. Overall accuracy is comparable to laboratory tests and is therefore the best choice out of the other rapid tests available1.
No cross-reaction with antibodies of other Corona viruses (HKU1, OC43, NL63, 229E) or Chlamydia and Mycoplasma.
